Substance Use Disorder Certified Counselor

My name is David, and I am one of the Certified Substance Use Counselors here at Renewed Life Medical Group. I have been doing this work for several years, having been drawn to it through my own personal journey with addiction and all of the struggles inherent within it.

The freedom I found first through my faith and then through recovery completely changed my life, and it created a deep desire in me to help others discover that same freedom for themselves. We give away the things we possess—whether good or bad. I am passionate about helping people understand that their present circumstances and future potential do not have to be defined by their past. As long as we are breathing in and out, there is still time, opportunity, and hope for change and for having a life worth living.

When people come to Renewed Life Medical, I want them to feel welcomed, accepted, and genuinely supported. My hope is that the encouragement, compassion, and hope we share here among our staff becomes tangible for every individual who walks through our doors. I believe recovery is possible, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside others as they pursue healing, growth, and a renewed life.
